Move from fixed sqm

1 - Utility, that moves object or player from fixed sqm to any other possible sqm
2 - For example. we setup fixed sqm before opening a certain door, or entering tp, or even making refill in magic shop. Bot will stop and wait until that person moves.
Also problem is with non walkable objects, like chimney.
