so I wanted to add a new item, I typed in the id BBot.Items.txt but it is not me this id when you start bbot. how do I enter? 4524 and all that?

Take attention that if the OTServer is version 9.70 and you type it after @Version 10.00 for example, it won't be loaded. The file is only read while the @Version is smaller than the actual version you're playing.

So, search for a @Version tag smaller than the OTServer version, and add these.

Also put the item flags correctly (IsContainer, IsStackable...), you can see about these flags on the top of the item listing.
