Segregation scripts

Hey guys, Mega
I'd like to ask if its possible to segregate scripts by folders (for each vocation for example) in "configs". It would be very useful to me, coz i got a lot of scripts and its everything mixed, even tho i got prefix like [MS] [ED] etc.
So when i want to load some scripts its sometimes hard to find what i want :p

For now I'm using kind of script in script name to segregate them:

ED 50 Dragons darashia
ED xxxx
MS xxx
Etc
