Just use fullcheck label with the ID of a worn softboots

Example: FullCheck (0 0 0:Full RefillSoftBoots Else Continue Code 6530>=1)

so you must adding it wrong.

It will say !softboots in chat whenever it sees that you have WORN SOFT BOOTS in your inventory / backpack
