BBot uses several technologies that virus uses to control and steal information from other processes, it's natural the anti-virus to give false-positive.

Almost every piece of software that is supposed to manipulate another running processes is detected by antivirus.
Its common knowledge.

All bots, all cracks, all trainers.

Why on earth would someone like the developer of bot tried to hack you, since people are paying him already.

btw, after every patch you have to add new exe file to exceptions/trusted files in your antivirus program.
