What? If you bought it directly from bmega website you should get it automatically, if from reseller, BMega is not responsible for them

in my case i explained that i bought it from paygol, i sent the email to bbot management but havent answered me yet

no way to buy directly from the page
only by paygol
in my case I bought by paygol by paysafe card
then .... that means I forget my 50 premium days ??
I do not correct your way to solve the problems of your customers
For I would not answer emails
anyway I suggest you implement a form of direct payment to your account by paysafe card as it does tibia.com
and other forms of payment you do it through intermediaries.

i really dont know what are you talking about...
i got on the bbot.bmega.net got into my account, click on add premium time, and bought it............ if thats its not buy it directly from the page, i dont know what will be!, i have the pins, i have proofs, and how other way would i look for my problem to get solved? only by the forum and sending emails..... and wait "paciently" since that ocurred yesterday i havent received my premium time yet.
