try this

Self.Health()<=X [else1]
Self.Equip.Ring(ID)
Exit()
{else1}
Self.Mana()>=Y
Self.UnEquip.Ring(0)
Exit()

Replace X and Y with value u want
To check item id use alt+f8
U can also use command self.health%()
