I send 4 messages, it's glitchy

Hello. I tried to buy 1 month of bbot premium through sms. I live in Poland, so the price is 30,75ZŁ. After first sms i got message "Today u lost 31ZŁ" from my operator.
Okay, but still nothing happened. I tried again and again. I made 4 messages at all. Still nothing. Please help. I checked my number on operator page (Orange), it 123,00ZŁ for bbot now. Help.

Asked someone who also pays with sms in poland and have no issue,
he say that people just don't read instruction, and forget to use uppercase or lowercase, which apparently is important.

It was my operator fault i guess.
I made a "BILL XXXX" message, and immediately got message said "Today you spend 31ZŁ on Premium rate services".
Then i received my TAN code, and nothing else happened. It said "Please send a message "BILL", I did it 3 times ;_;

Good i never had any issues with SMS payments,

i got my first bank account when i was 12.
And i use paypal.

So highly recommend to switch from sms payments...
