Anti Bot

Hello, I play in a OT server with anti-bot system witch I have to answer a simple math question.
Example:
Sistema Anti Bot:Voce tem 8 minutos para responder quanto eh 2 + 4. Para responder diga: !antibot (numero).

Anti-bot System:You have 8 minutes to answer how much is 2 + 4. To answer say: !antibot (number).

Bbot can check the numbers and the sinal and answer this?
It appears at the NPC chat.
p.s.: in another bot i used to use a macro that answered that.
