Mana Training, Healing

How use mana training properly? So it doesent seem automatic to cipsoft. Now, no matter how i mess with setting, he casts the spell when the amout "from mana" is reached instantly. Is it supposed to work that way? Also healing could use some randomization.

About the healing, I let it at 50% and I see that it's random.
