Need help with two macros :)

I need help with two simple macros, but I can't find working ones.

First, macro that paused cavebot when X% mana and then turn it on again when X%.

Second, macro that use manarune. Simple macro but tried searching for both of them.

Third, a reconnect-macro that reloggs if killed and in temple say "!Manatrain"

I'm totally shit in doing my own macros, would be very happy if someone could help me with all or just one of the requests
