My Ip Adress changing everytime I close and re-open my modem(router). And my acc blocking by this reason. What can I do for this problem?

You can not keep changing the IP all the time, because it blocks if this occurs. There's no way this does not happen if you keep changing it (at least to my knowledge)

My Internet provider(ttnet) giving me different Ips when I close-open my modem. I searched for static Ip. I must give like +1.5euro for it per month and heard that static Ips is not good for normal internet users. heard that some websites could work slowly or smth. Idk what I'll do Confused
