Issue with Payment going through

I purchased the premium via paypal over a week ago, after waiting a few days, I sent the email in the format requested stating the issue/transaction ID, etc.
It has been almost a week now since the email was sent and I have yet to recieve the premium that I have purchased.

I was wondering if this is a regular issue, or if it can be resolved.

I ask you to resend the e-mail informing all the data again and that you had already sent an email earlier.
