Help in attack sequences

Sorry I don't quite get how Attack Sequences work, I've read it's tutorial (http://forums.bmega.net/showthread.php?tid=3063) but still don't get it, can anyone give me an extra help?

What will happen in each of those situations?

Well,

The first line (90 0 100 3158) do not need. The rest is correct, but you need to put some delay (! Wait) between the use of an action and another. Just like you did in the second image, but without the first line again.
