Reputation - Negative ratings

I was wondering how many negative ratings someone may add to my reputation?

As you can see here: http://forums.bmega.net/reputation.php?uid=4677 some guy named lanceq added 6 negative points to my reputation for no reason, perhaps he doesnt like me or something.

It's not like I cant live without these points, but such behavior shouldnt be tolerated in my opinion.

In my opinion it should be possible to add only 1 negative rating because for now one person could just downgrade your reputation to 0 or even lower.
I removed all the negative ratings (besides 1) given by "lanceq" as he just seems to be a troll.
