How to use exori vis on water elementals?

Hello! im pretty new at bbot but i have downloaded a script for water elementals in port hope how do i get it to use exori vis one the waters?

You have to setup a Attack Sequence with the Exori Vis attack, then recreate the creature on killer with the attack sequence.
