Pause bot ?

I know that i can open the pause menu with [Ctrl+Shift+pause] but can i have that menu open all the time ? like "BBot Tools menu" is ?

I also know that Shift+pause, stoped the whole bot... but i want that toll menu open all the time so that i can pause my cavebot etc etc.

It is not possible to stay open all the time, but just hit.
What's the problem? haha.
