Maybe its an nice idea if it would be possible to add bbot to tray.

It is possible already.
Basic Tools -> Basic Functions -> mark Bbot Tray Icon

Then you can hide Tibia's and BBot's window into this tray icon by pressing right mouse on it and choosing desired option or pressing Shift+End to minimize only BBot's window.
