"Cannot apply the Bbot update"

Hey, I was trying to download the new client for bbot, but it does not work instead I get this:

"Cannot Apply the Bbot update"
"Please close all the Bbot and Tibia from your computer"

I have no windows open, yet this pops up...

Please help!

Delete the folder you've extracted and down the BBot again. (and remember to run, the .exe, with admin)
