Hi I got changed ip and I got banned every day I msg to admin and he didn't msg to me etc. What I must to do to didn't get banned every day -,-? Thanks for help.....

The ban occurs when your IP changes more than 3 times over the past 6h, the only thing to do is prevent your IP stay altering (eg, if you use router try leaving it on so your IP will not change)

Hmm.. ok thanks. Yeah yesterday I got problem and mine IP changed more than 3 times over 6 hours.
