Heal mana When no monsters on screen

Hi In the pass days i been having this little problem with mana healing every time it seems to get surrounded by monsters when my character is about to heal mana sthanks to that i am on the border of almost dying because the bot tries to heal mana is there any macro i can use to HEAL MANA to certain MANA POINTS only when NO MONSTERS ON SCREEN that way when it gest surrounded of monsters again it will be prepared with plenty of mana to use exoris and exuras?

I think this not possible, need a Healer.Stop command.
