This is an old BBot problem, specially for pallys. You cannot move items around in your own BPs, so you can't move recently bought bolts to BP 2, they have to stay in the main BP where the NPC puts them.

You can however, throw them in the floor and then pick them up and put them directly to BP 2, but that's not safe, because someone could steal them.

If you want to risk it, I can make you a macro to do that.
