Can-t dowload/open bot

Well its my first time with this bot, I have tried to download it with 7-zip and winrar and the exe. dont open, what am I missing? Thanks in advantage

It could be your antivirus, see if it is.
Another thing, when you run the BBot (after having extracted the file you downloaded), run as admin.
