Bbot kind of laggs when walking

Hello guys! Got a bit of a problem with my bot. The thing is when my char is walking it's like standing still in 0.5 second on evert WPT. It's a bit of a problem when the monsterst have red HP and starts running. My char can't keep it up to kill it. My question is why this happening? im lvl 66 and dragons runs faster than me...

Ive got windows 7(ultimate) and i run the program as admin aswell.

Greatfull for some help!
