Macro, Alarm

Hi there, I have tried to set a macro, it sends an alarm when a player in your Vip List is online, but is not working (i have my vip list open)
Could some one help me?

PHP Code:

2000 {Alert if player ON}
Vip.Online(Alacena)
Misc.Alert(Player Online)

Vip.Online() always return 0.
