I tried to make a macro and it works

Here it is:

1000 {RingDragonOn} Creatures.ByName(Dragon)>=3 Self.Equip.Ring(3051)
1000 {RingDragonOff} Creatures.ByName(Dragon)<=2 Self.UnEquip.Ring(1)
