I need help, my bbot open normality but don't find the chars... is the correct version and already reinstalled, but to no avail...

1. What os do you use.
2. Have you tried to run it in compatybility mode xp?
3. Have you tried to run it from diffrent folder
4. Always run as administrator
5. Any log file created in BBOT folder?
