Whenever I give 2 clicks to start the Bmega, it opens and closes for half alone

Error has no name, I just open the bmega and it closes at the same time

What's your operational system? Do you have any dev-tool on your computer? What's your antivirus?

windows 7 32 bit, avast, no have dev-tool
