I need macro for use exori ico on monster when player on screen and monster (l no need just exori ico use all time but just when player & monster on screen!)

Try this:
But You have to set time as spell cooldown time. If cooldown = 10s then use 10000.
10000 {Exori ico} Creatures.PlayersOnScreen()>1 Creatures.Beside()>0 Self.Say(exori ico)

So try this:
10000 {Exori ico} Creatures.PlayersOnScreen()>1 Status.InPZ()<>1 Creatures.Beside()>0 Self.Say(exori ico)
