Alt+f8, click on item and on top corner of ur tibia client you see like
Fps: 88.88 ID: 237 blablabla

Ok, the BBot 4.1 will be released in some minutes with all fixed. The problem has that TibiaCast patched my Tibia.exe (YES, TIBIACAST PATCHED MY TIBIA APPLICATION) and it made all the BBot bugged.
