Suggestion about script page

I have idea how to upgrade script community page: http://bbot.bmega.net/scripts.html

1. Filters, would be good idea - We should choose our lvl and location(town) where script starts.
2. Rate and comments
3. User control panel(possibilities of script updates etc.)

One global database with scripts witch user can comment or post info about bugs...
Sounds good, well I can make it but on external domain
