my bbot doesnt show my character in the list. (just work sometimes). Can anyone help me?

i have tested the 2 versions avaliable for download.

Kaspersky, doesnt show any message about it. i'm playing the Tibia 10.22 (Global)

but now its working! i need try to open the bot a lot of times
