My bot wont start! help

I open my tibia, log in my char, open the bot, click in continue after putting my email and my password, and then click in my character and it says loading please wait, and thats all, nothing more happends, i already restart my computer, i already open bbot as windows xp, windows seven, and all windows..
what do i do?

reinstall bot and tibia, maybe that will help u

Looks to be a firewall blocking the application.
