Macro for ignore loot?

I need macro for ignore loot from some monster.
I just get really mad when i see how he running and get trapped trying to pick that all gps from bugs and rats in tiquanda.

block these monsters:
rat
cave rat
wasp
centipede
bug
snake
tiger

is impossible, you need ignore monster ... If 1 player kill 1 monster on screen you char go open corpse and will try to take loot.

yea i recognize it when tiger kill bug. so maybe its possible do new option in killer where u can match what monster u want to loot items?
