I had the same problem. Open "widowns defender" or only "defender" at the start of windows. Open and for "settings" or " tool" and search "options". There u need to go find somethinf telling about excluded archives. There u search BBot archive and save. Try it, here worked. But every time i do it when a restar my pc.
