Problem with license

Hi , when i was in half of "conversation" (66%) my phone lost range but zaypay eat my 20 PLN ,them when i back from shop with money on my phone it was unable to end payment ,in window was new paycode with 100% to pay . So I asking its any possibilities to get any premium days?
