Zaypay problem. help!

I sent two text messages of 30.26MXN each to buy premium time for 15 days! I did not recieve any premium time at all even when I recieved the confirmation messages that the payment was made. whats up with this?

I already sent an e-mail to [email protected] with the adequate template to try and solve this problem, but need to know whats going on.

I recieved a confirmation message for both text messages and already checked with my mobile company service and the charge has been made.

I just checked and noticed the payment with sms I made was with Paygol not ZayPay, lol.. so i guess none of ur services are working.. im afraid of trying to pay with zaypay now that ive learned it also is failing.
