The new Reconnect Manager GUI is 100%, the core is at 90%, I was testing yesterday, and I'll keep testing to deliver a good product. It will be released in the next few days.

Yep, it will be possible to reconnect other characters/accounts.

The new Reconnect is done. I was testing yesterday and it looks to be working fine, however this isn't a simple system, I'll need to do a lot of tests.
