Hello, i payed the first step of the premium time with one cell phone, then i had to pay the second step with another cell phone using the same code, but they have charged me for the first step two times, what do i have to do?

Send again, follow the template and you will receive your answer. If you don't follow the email template your email probably went to the spam box.
