i'm know the basic thinks of programing but i not understand the lenguaje of the macros
i'm not have idea how make a condition like

if (cap <= X ) then
{
go.tolabel(exit)
}
[/td][td][/td][/tr][tr][td][/td][td][/td][/tr][/table]
i try make one macro equal to this and not work.
please give me some help link to one good tutorial or somethink like that
