Cant find character name

Hello,
My problem is that i can't see the character on the character list when i enter my acc. I have Kaspersky and i added an exception, and still not working. tried more than 20 times reinstalling the client of Hexera(OT) and the Bmega bot and still not working.
I want to say that in my other Pc(is a laptop) the bot works perfectly and both of them have windows 7, the only difference between the computers is the antivirus but i think this is not the problem bc as i've said before i added an exception on Kaspersky(an exception for Bmega.exe and other one for Hexera.exe just for sure).

Remember to run bmega as administrator



And also, may seem silly, but try rename Hexera client into Tibia.exe (at least thats how i use it)

bbot com a tela em branco não aparece nem um char nem qualquer outra coisa desinstalei meu anti-vírus entro como administrador mais mesmo assim não entra e agora?
