Alarm when new channel open

I need a script/macro for when a new channel is opened.
Let me explain:

The server i play have a antibot system that ask a question and u have to answear that question, like that:


I need something to alert me when the channel "Anti-bot" is opened.
Is that possible? Can someone help me?
