On version 6.1 r5.
Happenned to me with almost all scripts I am using.
Suddenly the bot stops working, cavebot stays on the same waypoint but wont move. Neither Killer nor healer works.
Works after I close the bot, and open another bot no the same mc, getting the warning that I am opening a bot on a mc that already has a bot.
I am using neomc
Windows 7 64bit

Trying to fix that bug. Can you try to find out what the feature causes it? Running your script and disabling features until it works fine. I belive it can be a problem with the feature Open Corpses.

I'll see if I can get to any conclusion :S
Right now I use 16 scripts very similar, only changing hunting waypoints between them.
The features I use are(not listed remains untouched from default):
1 - Basic Functions:
Bbot Smart Say
Open Backpacks
Eat Food
Reconnect: Auto
2 - Healer
Light Item - Small Health potion - on 25%
3 - Killer
NOT seld-defense attack
Attack All
Never Attack players
NOT Avoid Ks
4 - Cavebot
large scripts with many macros, fixed waypoints and delays, but the bot usually bugs on the most repetitive part, which is in the hunting cave loop
5 - Looter
Open corpses
Loot
Eat food from corpses
Loots: only gold coin
6 - macros
1000 {silk breaker} WP:=Self.Inventory.LeftHand Self.PositionIn(32078, 32093, 8, 32083, 32095, 8) Map.UseOn(!WP!, 183, 32080, 32094, 8, 0)

I will firstly put the scripts to run normally to check if some cavebot-waypoints/place-in-tibia-world bugs more often, later I will try disabling functions
