Problem with ip

i got blocked for some hours

my internet provider give a dynamic ip, sometimes i get pinged or laggy i need restart modem, so thats why i have diferents ip, i need a solution =/

The solution is you don't restart your modem so many times. If the connection is bad, I suggest calling your ISP and request a repair.
