Depends of your lvl, skills and eq.

Refiller: ON (400 mana potions)
Depositer: ON (Cap<200 and Mana potion<100)

Tested on my 105+ EK works fine depositer reffiler travel problem is fixed
Its not the whole island wil come soon i gues. hope's i helped you guy's with this.
