Can't log in on the BBot, help?

Hello, I have the Tibia Client 9.82, and just downloaded BBot 8.6. I log in on my account on tibia, enter on my character and then I open the BBot, then enter my password and email, select character and sometimes the Tibia client just crashes, other times, the BBot freezes in 'loading' and says Error 6010054.
Anyone can help me, please? I use Windows 8, always log in in PZ.

I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE YOU IF YOU GOT AN ANSWER AT THIS PROBLEM PLEEASE WRIGHT HERE BACK

can't log here too, even is working really bad, is not taking hp pots in my healing :/

the solution is... rewrite your password when you try to log in.
