i get this message when i try to open bbot , Anti-share Block Error: 8000000 , what's that !?

it was unlocked already but it's locked again now , i guess the reason for this problem happens when i'm botting and suddenly the electricity goes off after this happens when i try to open the bbot it gives me the same error so it's locked again now.
