Remember: temporary password cannot be used to login into BBot, they can only be used to login to the website and to change the password."

Someone from the administration could help me recover my account?

You sure u typing your email correctly?
That message shows up if u type your email wrong way.

Ye, i'm sure. I even logged in to e-mail address which i gave and was e-mail from Bbot, but not in this case
